Brandon Johnwell is the Secretary of San Diego Democrats for Equality.
Brandon is a Navy veteran, an operations director, and a longtime LGBTQ+ community advocate. His passion is bringing people together, fighting for equality, and making sure our voices are heard where it matters most.
He is also an admin for the San Diego Gay Dads Group, where he helps create a space for LGBTQ+ parents to connect, support each other, and build community. Through his advocacy as a member of San Diego Democrats for Equality, he is focused on pushing for policies that protect our rights, getting more LGBTQ+ folks involved in politics, and mobilizing voters to keep making progress.
