Martín Campos is an Operations Professional with over 15 years of experience. They have a proven track record of success in managing complex projects, improving operational efficiency, and delivering results. Martín is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ community and has been actively involved in lobbying bills to support the transgender, nonbinary, and intersex communities.
As a dedicated volunteer, Martín serves as the Western Caucus Chair for the Victory Campaign Board for the Victory Fund, a national organization dedicated to electing openly LGBTQ candidates to public office. In this role, Martín helps recruit and support LGBTQ candidates running for office in the western region of the United States. Martín is also an active mentor to LGBTQ youth and volunteers their time to provide guidance and support to the next generation of LGBTQ leaders.
In addition to their volunteer work, Martín has been recognized for their advocacy and leadership in the LGBTQ community, most recently having been recognized by California Assemblymember Dr. Akilah Weber as Community Leader in AD 79.
